******* veld fire

My enclosed lapa burned down due to a ******* veld fire now dotsure refuses to pay out my claim. They are using all the loop holes that they can find not to honour my claim. I have never claimed from any insurance in my life, pay my instalments without fail yet Dotsure refuses to pay. I was not even at home when the incident happened. I feel so deflated and abused by dotsure. There was damage to my house as well. Burst water pipes, electric, roof, burst windows and more and I had comprehensive building insurance at dotsure. They are nothing but ******* *******. I will take this further!!!!
