VEHICLE INSURANCE DECLINE CLAIM FOR ****** FORD RANGER WILDTRACK

I lost my ford ranger wild track double cap on 12/3/2021 at centurion mall car park and after two-and-half weeks of investigation they send me a letter declining my claim on the basis that they the tracker fitted in the vehicle was not active at the time of the incident and the tracker company blame me for not activating the tracker every six months although we were on national lockdown in 2020 and never notified me on my cellphone as usual. On the contrary, the insurance policy states that if it did not receive confirmation of a tracker fitment certificate after the fitment the vehicle would not be covered for tracker and despite this, they continued to accept my premiums for the vehicle insurance
