Utterly disgusted
Worst experience ever, I have been ridiculed by a customer service supervisor at Dotsure. All I did was try to follow up and escalate as to why it's been 4 days since I logged a claim via email with no feedback. Doture needs to access their customer service teams especially given that the supervisor speaks in a rude and ************ manner.
