UTTERLY APPALLING AND DISGUSTING!!! PATHETIC SERVICE- DO NOT RECCOMMEND!

I am so utterly appalled and disgusted with the service we have been/are receiving from dot sure. First a few months ago our fridge breaks- hear me out- WE HAVE to get a company to come and give us a quote, they charge us R600 to come out (non refundable by the way)- then after this gets done, Dot pathetic Sure then decides they are perfectly capable of sending out an assessor... claim then gets rejected...I mean who is lying here???

Fast forward, we move house, my husband calls them on Wednesday16th October at 13.56 has a 14 minute call to change the address because we moved. Call them today and guess what? still the same old address.

Now I need to claim for accidental damage to one of my household items, that I am paying an additional premium for, and guess what? I need to get another independent company that is going to charge me R500 to access the television, and I BET Dot Sure will then still send their own company!!! You should not LIE about your excess, your excess includes the money WE have to pay to get our household items assessed. You are a bunch of ******* and ****s!!! and have only been giving us GRIEF the entire process! the service is pathetic and appalling.
