Useless to have scratch and dent insurance

This compony takes forever to pay for a claim and only pays out for a claim that is less that R3500, understand this, in the Western Cape there are thousands of panel beating and spray-painting shops, but to get one to do work for R3500 or less seems to be an task that will take up at least 3 days of your time, so is this worth taking out insurance for scratch and dent removal, NO I will personally never take it out again. In stead of agreeing to pay the R3500 towards a claim of say R5000, they will tell you your claim is rejected because they only pay for claims less than R3500, good lick in finding a descend spray shop to work on a R800 000 car for R3500. Then after wasting 3 days of my time driving up and down getting a quote of R3500 i am not getting any answers from them regarding my claim, hopeless AUTB***
