Useless insurance

useless, you are not for peace of mind, clearly you are all about not paying claims, but taking money for your own gain. obviously you will do you best not to cover us by lowering the amount to suit your need not of the client, first you keep telling me you rejecting the claim based on the basic excess that doesn't apply on the policy.
