Useless dotsure insurance
I submitted a claim on 31 march 2023 nd today its 10 May 2023 and dotsure staff is not giving me feedback on why its taking so long to let me know if they will pay for my claim or not. The service is very bad and when you ask the staff when must you expect feedback they say that they don't know. Imagine that for an insurance company. I regret taking an insurance with dotsure and i will never recommend them to anyone. They do not put their customers first and they make you run after them for answers but it was nice when i was paying the installments every month. I am very very mad and i demand feedback on whats going to happen to my car dotsure. Stop wasting my time!!
