Useless and **********

Dotsure assured me that the removal of my puppies baby teeth would be covered under accident cover before I signed up as it was out of my control. After which they denied it and said that it would be considered an illness. When I asked to upgrade my plan, I was told it wouldn't be covered under illness and only under dental. Then they said that only dental hygiene would be covered and not the operation.

I now have to pay R2000 out of pocket because Dotsure used ********** measures to sell me a policy and ended up being useless.
