USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!
So our geyser burst a week ago, The claim was approved but nothing has been done. It been 7 days without hot water, having to boil water and with load shedding it is made it worse. I would not recommend Dot Sure to anybody, their turnaround is pathetic, they should change their name to UNSURE. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE
