As Zukisani(Team Leader) had communicated previously, the accident report was the only outstanding document required to facilitate an informed decision on my claim.

However, the prolonged period without any discernible progress is adversely affecting my daily life and well-being.

Despite my previous attempts to communicate my concerns, the protracted nature of the claim review process continues to have a severe impact on my life. The prolonged absence of my vehicle is causing considerable disruption, affecting both personal and professional aspects of my daily routine.
