Untrue towards records and people

I registered a claim with an old vehicle in November 2023, I left Dotsure and now when I wanted a quote from a different insurer, they have notified me that Dotsure registered 3 claims in 2023 where I have proof that I only claimed once and that i was red flagged. Could you please remove these claims that was loaded in June 2023 and a second claim in November 2023. No wonder I get high premiums from different insurance companies.
