Unsatisfactory Service

I am so disappointed in dotsure, I had an accident on 08/03/2024 with my Suzuki Swift 2019 model that I insured with them.I had to go to the police station myself to get the accident report and email it to *** they have to do is get the statement from atleast 1 of the police officers that was on duty and attended to the accident scene to confirm that there were only 2 vehicles involved in that accident. Instead dotsure give up because of what the other party says that there were a 3rd unknown vehicle involved that pushed the 2nd vehicle into my vehicle, which is not true as can be seen on the damages on my vehicle. The 2nd vehicle damages are at the front and mine at the back because that 2nd vehicle drove into mine from behind. The 2nd vehicle has minor scratches at the rear and side because it went to the bushes through uneven surfaces. Dotsure simply give up but I gave them all the relevant information about the accident. It's disappointing to have an insurer like dotsure who expect me, the client ,to s****feed them with information and dotsure just give up.
