Unreliable insurer

We were in an accident the end of April of this year 2023. We got great service from Dotsure on the scene of the accident. Someone drove into us. Dotsure took the vehicle. The following day we put in the claim. A few days later they call to tell us the car is a write off, They cannot fix the car. They cancel the insurance not even us as the client they blatantly refused to help us. The moved the car to a s**** yard. We eventually fetched the car. We are now liable to fix it on our own which is costing us a pretty penny. Let me also remind you that the car is not a write off. That is how they **** to us. After paying thousands of rands to an insurer that just lies. They are good with pets that is what they must insure not cars and homes.
