Unreliable insurance

This company is the worst, they are very fast in helping you can an insurance but for assistance its the worst company ever, agent on call are only available for sales anything else is a night mare.. They added another debit order on my insurance when i specifically told them i don't want anything additional... Now I'm trying to call them to cancel my warranty their call center is not available what happens if i need their help in the future.. The worst worst
