Unreachable
They are so helpful when you want to get insured. They will call you within 5 minutes of you sending an email but when you try to reach them after being insured they are unreachable. I've sent then multiple emails and have till not received help in days. They will also tell you there will be extra charges for the first month but won't tell you what it is, THEY CHARGES UP 3 TIMES OUR STIPULATED AGREEMENT. What kind of extra charges are those? Terrible customer service.
