Unprofessionalism from DotSure

I signed up for a policy regarding my car insurance of R386, 00 with Dotsure. When deductions were made after two months I found out that close to R 2000 were deducted for added cover that I did not agree to. The first month only the amount I agreed to was deducted and on the second month they hit us with the R2000. Admin fees alone was R995 that was not explained and now I am struggling to get a refund for over a week without success. Dotsure maintain that I agreed to it but I know I did not agree to that. Since when is Admin fees R995. For the whole week I was promised call backs but to no avail. I basically had to phone them every day including today to get answers. I hope potential clients read this and not make the same mistake we made and not be fooled by the low insurance cover that is being offered
