UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT BY DOTSURE PET INSURANCE
Dotsure Pet Insurance is a ****. I tried to cancel and they will only cancel over the phone. I can't seem to get through to them telephonically and now they are continuing with trying to collect a debit order which means I am incurring cost even though I have given the instruction to cancel. I am furious. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
