Unparalleled Service

Incredible experience. 1st time we used it was on a Saturday morning when our dog’s face swelled up after being stung by a bee. I sent through the invoice and claim form and got a call back an hour later to say that the claim had been processed and the full amount for the vet would be sent to my account within 3-5 working days. I was blown away. The 2nd time was a similar experience, although it was during normal working hours :-)
