UNPAID CLAIM
I am so disappointed with dotsure and would never recommend them to anyone...they find it easier debiting your premiums but when its time to pay they come up with reasons not to pay.i had shortfall cover with them and i lost my car and they did not pay for the shortfall. You get consultants like MICHAEL TLOU and SAMANTHA DANIELS who will just shout at you as if u not a client. DOTSURE are just ******** of premiums.
