Unjustified SAFPS Listing and Defamation by Dotsure Insurance

I am writing this to express my absolute shock and frustration with the negligent manner in which Dotsure (under Badger Holdings) handles ***** investigations.

Without conducting a thorough or fair investigation, Dotsure has reported a ***** listing to the SAFPS against my name. Their "investigation" appears to be based on flawed assumptions—such as a single failed phone call—rather than any concrete evidence of wrongdoing.

I have repeatedly reached out to Dotsure to request the factual substantiation for this listing, yet my requests have been met with silence or generic referrals back to the SAFPS. It is incredibly damaging to have one’s reputation tarnished by an insurer that refuses to provide evidence for its claims or engage in a meaningful dispute resolution process.

I have given Dotsure ample time to rectify this error and remove the listing, yet the deadline has passed without any professional cooperation. Since they have failed to provide proof of ***** or retract their defamatory report, I am now left with no choice but to escalate this matter legally to protect my reputation.

Dotsure, I am demanding an immediate review of this case by a senior manager and the immediate removal of the unjustified listing.

Please note that you have been advised on the process to be followed both by myself and the SAFPS.
We will not be responding to further emails at this stage.
Regards,
Jeanne

This is the response received , my issue is that DOTSURE has submitted the listing and is now shying away from the requests for evidence and facts

Most concerningly, Dotsure has now explicitly stated in writing that they refuse to respond to further emails regarding this matter.

I am in receipt of your recent correspondence directing me to follow a dispute process for the current listing.
Be advised that the responsibility for this matter lies solely with dotsure.co.za. As it was your organization that initiated and placed the listing, the onus is on you—not SAFPS—to rectify the error. SAFPS acts on the data provided by its members; therefore, the issue cannot be resolved until you acknowledge the inaccuracy and formally withdraw the submission.
I find it unacceptable to be redirected to a third party to fix a clerical or procedural error made by your team. I expect dotsure.co.za to take immediate ownership of this dispute, contact SAFPS directly to update or remove the listing, and provide me with written confirmation once this has been actioned.
I trust this will be resolved without further delay or the need for legal escalation.

I am currently dealing with Dotsure regarding a dispute over inaccurate data. My experience has shown them to be a company that provides generic, automated acknowledgments rather than taking proactive steps to correct administrative errors.
When a company holds significant power over your personal and professional records, you expect a high level of diligence. Instead, I’ve encountered a "wait and see" approach that lacks transparency. Prospective clients should be aware that if an error occurs in your file, getting this company to take ownership and provide a clear resolution timeline is a significant challenge.

While I acknowledge your receipt of my response, a vague commitment to provide updates only "if information becomes available" is insufficient.
It is important for the public and prospective clients to understand that when a consumer identifies a factual error in their data, the onus is on the institution to investigate with urgency and transparency. Simply "holding" a response while administrative errors persist—errors that have real-world implications for the individual involved—reflects a lack of accountability.
I am requesting a definitive timeline for your investigation. I trust that Dotsure aims to be a company that values data integrity and consumer rights over administrative convenience.

While I acknowledge that the matter is currently under dispute, I must express my concern regarding the amount of time that has already elapsed over a month . We have provided Dotsure with ample opportunity to substantiate their claim, and to date, they have failed to provide the necessary evidence to support this listing.
The current situation is untenable. Consequently, I require a definitive resolution to this matter with a timeline .3
Clearly Dotsure is unable to prove their listing

Hi
i have followed protocol and the correct channels but i cannot allow your company to take the entire year to provide feedback , there is a 20 resolution period which Dotsure did not respond to within the time frame because dotsure is unable to justify their listing
