unhappy,disappointment dotsure client

Good Morning, Sadly to say that I cancelled my Policy with dotsure as they could not even pay a small amount of R171.00. They declined my claim form telling me long stories about my claim. They want 6 month slips where I bought meds for my cat. When policy was sold to me they all sweet and kind and full of promises. Wow only now I found out I wasted a lot of money, just to found out they couldn't even pay me back such a small amount . E-mail that was send to the General Manger was deleted without being read. So no interested on how the clients feel as long as you pay your money monthly. Just so sad to try to protect your animals for being healthy always know that they have a policy but yes unfortunate this is all just so sad that they could not keep to their promises when policy was sold.
