Unhappy with Dotsure.co.za *****sters

It's almost 3am as I write these...Dotsure is a *****ulent company,I get woken up by a bank notification that they just debited me R576.18 Mind you they debiting me while I do not have a contract with them and I don't even have a vehicle,I made an inquiry on Thursday because had app**** for vehicle finance and got approved,had found a car but the dealership I wanted to purchase it from decided to try **** me so I ended up not signing anything with them..so I called Dotsure and even sent them an email that I will no longer be taking car insurance because I do not have a car,they rep**** to my email saying sorry to hear that and we have cancelled your application..cool...Monday they tried to debit me,I sent them an email and they said the problem is fixed it won't happen again,but here I am now writing a review at 3am They debited my account for R576.18 I mean *** The nerve of these people

CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY MONEY BACK
