Unhappy with Dotsure insurance

I am still awaiting a consultant to call me back. Besides my normal premiums they taking off money from my account and cannot tell me what it is for. The consultant Natassia Fourie is absolutely arrogant and instead of assisting me she cancelled the insurance. It is disappointing that she is sending through a resolved query email and yet nothing was resolved. I am still awaiting a supervisor to call me back since yesterday.
