Unhappy with Dotsure insurance
Dotsure insurance rejected my claim because their assessment was R54000 and I did mine and It was R27000. I asked them to assist me because I am covered for R25000 for own damaged but they still refused. The second issue I have with them is that when they released my car from their storage area to my panelbeater, the driver of their tow truck damaged my canopy in the offloading process. I have not been helped with my canopy also.
