Unhappy with Data Breach

I am writing this as I have call Dotsure 5 times to report that I have been sent clients information by email. I have asked for help and spoke with three ladies. Michelle was one of them. 1st lady said she will call the client and verify then get back to me then second lady said the same thing because I had to call back because I had not gotten a response back. Second lady called the client and stated we had the same email which is ridiculous as I have had this email for over 10 years. I tried to call again as all the tickets that have been opened have been emailed to myself again on this clients information. I tried to call again but now my one call was dropped and the second and third call are left on silent. The person answers the call but leaves myself on silent.

I am so disappointed as I have heard nothing but good things about Dotsure and was planning to use Dotsure in the future, but I am so disheartened with the customer service I have received.
