Unhappy potential policy holder

I wrote a good review on this Company a few days ago, because I had done a quote for car insurance. On my call I had clearly mentioned to the consultant that I need my cover to start end of August. The next day I received a call from a consultant, wanting to confirm my details he told me the inception date is end of July, when I asked him to change it he asked me why?...why? that really peeved me as I was clear in my communication. I emailed "my consultant" who had politely told me to email her whenever I need clarity on anything. No response. However I am getting calls from every single day to market their other products, like life insurance etc. Nothing on my complaint. I think I should this ship before it crashes...I haven't even started with them and its already so bad.
