Unhappy customer after years of satisfactory service
I've been with dotsure for a number of years and always happy with their service. I've referred a number of others to dotsure services too. However my last two claims were vastly less than in previous years. I have tried calling and emailing to query but I can't reach the number and no responses to my emails. I'm now considering changing insurance provider.
