Unhappy customer

I have been with Dotsure for a good amount of years. Have my two vehicles and two pets insured there. Never claimed for my pets. When i do now they tell me only 50% is been covered. When I claimed on my vehicle radio last year it got turned down. Due to miscommunication. Lady was having a bad day and gave me wrong information. I am really not happy with the information and honestly there service. When signing up they promise the moon and the stars. Once you put in a claim complete different story.
