Unhappy client

I'm certainly not happy I don't know if I'm missing anything.well this is how it goes, like any other insurance company that randomly calls you to join their insurance policy.i received a call from a guy to introduce me about dotsure and I later got interested and he stated after first deduction my car will be insurance well after being debited for 2 months my car experience problems recently and I decided to claim ..I was called and told that I have to waiting 60days which I was never told about or rather sent a contract to ,only today they decide to sent the contract.im sorry but I feel ****med because after my details where taken no contract was sent to me except today when I decide to claim. If I had known about this waiting period I wouldn't have joined this at all .now I'm paying for something that I'll never benefit from.
