Unhappy client Dotsure is a ****😡

My car was bumped at the back on the 6th of April and I logged claim with Dotsure. I submitted every document they needed and the accident report shows that I'm not at fault because I was bumped. Today I received the outcome of the claim and it was rejected😡😡 in their contract it shows that if your car gets bumped at the back your not liable for the second excess and my car got bumped at the back but they rejected my claim😡😡😡. I called Lerine Domingo(claim administrator) then she said she will look in to😡 imagine if I didn't read my contract they would've ****** me day light..I'm 100% after this claim I'm cancelling my insurance with them they have shown that they can't be trusted 😡😡😡😡
