Despite multiple attempts to get an issue resolved since the beginning of December, I am still having to follow up to a call centre that just hangs up on you. This despite the call centre agent confirming that this was an error on Dotsure's part and that it would be rectified on the 19th of December.

Once again, I would recommend you partner with another insurance company.
