Unfairness in the highest order

Utter unfairness from dotsure. Had a incident on 19 April 2019 where someone reversed into me I engaged with the owner who left a note advised his broker to contact me incline the broker contacted me for relevant documents and a no claims letter from my insurance that I wont be claiming from my insurance now dotsure increased my monthly installment for the incident that I didn't even cause they need to review their policies.
