Unfair treatment from Dotsure insurance

Was involved in a car accident. The third party who pumped me at the robot that was not working acknowledged from the accident scene she was wrong.i called my insurance. The tow truck was sent to tow the car to their panel beater. He stated that the car is a ride off. The car was sent to the panel beater who also said the car is a ride off because the bottom part of the car(chessy ) is messed up. Dotsure insurance insisted they will fix the car. I was given R33500 to fix a car that’s worth more than 100000 to fix. A bunch of doddy people. I would never recommend Dotsure insurance to anyone.
