Unfair treatment and Insurance Claim

I have a very huge problem with Dotsure, I have a building insurance with them for a business in township area. There was storm which left the building damaged. Now we submitted claim for the storm damage only to be told that we don’t maintain the property cause the saw old steel sheets which were in the property so they assumed that those were ours of which those were old material that we took from construction site we were working, and we had kept for locals cause they ask for them when they need to build their shacks. Another reason they gave was there was no storm that day where as in the areas trees had fall down and houses damaged. We feel that Dotsure is discriminating against black owned township businesses cause why agree to cover the place and not assist when needed. And till this they said they are cancelling our plan but they are still debiting from our account how is that fair?
