Unfair policies

I chose to go with dotsure as my insurance company when purchasing my vehicle, we are forced to take tracker service from Netstar with their policies, I was happy to do this, I received very bad service from dotsure when I needed them and decided to change my insuranxe to outsurance who donot require me to have a tracker, I called Mbali from Netstar months ago to explain, Netstar is still charging me and I didn't anticipate bad service from dotsure, so if they need to charge anybody it should be them, nobody has gotten back to me, she said they will listen to phone recordings, I am not denying taking the service, I'm saying first we forced to take it in order to get insurance, we don't anticipate **** service after, I am still being billed monthly by Netstar, I want the tracker out and my installments given back.
