Unending battle with Dotsure
Can you please advise why you have debited me once again with R512 33, please refer to my below email trails of which the debited amount for September was reversed and I was advised that the policy was canceled despite me not even accepting the policy.
In October you tried debiting me but I declined the DebiCheck and now in November you debited me again.
Please advise who authorized the debit order and please provide me with proof of recordings where I accepted the policy.
