Unbelievable Service Dotsure!

After an incident occurred with one of our dogs in January 2020, resulting in a costly vet bill, I took out a basic plan with Dotsure for Pet Insurance.

I’ve been paying my premiums consistently each month, and as we know insurance can be or rather is deemed as a grudge purchase but this week I was reminded why I have it.

One our furry friends developed an ear hematoma last week and required a surgical procedure. I submitted my claim with Dotsure on Monday evening, which was approved and the funds paid into my bank account 24 hours later, although they had advised 2 - 3 days!

I have been so impressed with the service received by Dotsure to date not only in regard to my claim, but their service in general. Their staff are well trained, communicate effectively and are also very helpful & friendly.

I would recommend anyone with furry friends to consider taking out a policy … even the basic is sufficient for those “what if” moments.
