Unbelievable Service. Amazing to say the least.

This is the 2nd time I have dealt with Dotsure where my pets are concerned, and I can honestly say that both occasions have been handled unbelievably swiftly and efficiently. My latest dealings with Micheala Cronje makes the whole experience of dealing with a sick pet that much easier. From the time I submitted my claim at 1:13pm, I had received numerous emails and sms from Dotsure and by 2pm, Micheala had already finished with me on the phone and the claim had been authorized. As far as insurance companies of any sort go, I doubt there is anyone out there that will match up to Dotsure. Well done guys - keep it up
