Unauthorised multiple debit orders

My experience with dotsure started promising. The advisors were friendly and explained well. I was shocked that dotsure actually has vehicle insurance as I was under assumption that it was just for pet insurance but decided to give them a try.

That was a big mistake. I took out comprehensive cover but to my surprise I received multiple debit order mandate requests I did not approve any of them as I had not agreed on anything additional.

My debit order went off with the premium agreed on, on the 25th but it had another debit order that I had not agreed on. It got even worse yesterday 30/04/2025 I had two other debit orders come off my account from dotsure upon investigation they are also for separate covers that I had not agreed on.

I am furious as I did not authorize this. I need you to cancel my policy and refund me all my money as I had not authorized all these other debits on my account.
