Unauthorised debit orders
I have 3 debit orders from Dotsure when I noticed I reversed them and I couldn't reverse October and November and I want my money back because I did not take insurance with them.
On the 3rd of January I wrote them an email and they never rep****, their lines are always busy.
I asked them to please pull the call recording, I want to hear myself agreeing to pay R178, R178 and R169.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
