Unathi @ dotsure: Best customer service yet!

Having added Furbabies to the family meant that there were expense after expense in vaccinations and vet bills, I made an enquiry with dotsure and was contacted by a very professional, knowledgeable Unathi who guided me through the process and answered every question I through at him until I was satisfied. I must say that I was under financial constraints and asked that he call me back at first the following day: like clockwork he called exactly when we had discussed, and then later again where I advised once more that I would hold off. I had messed him around so much trying to come to a decision and he handled it all extremely professionally. it is for this reason that I called in for him specifically once I had made up my mind sooner than march (which is when I asked that he call me again). It is by far the greatest experience I have had via telephone EVER! Unathi, a huge thank you for everything, you were phenominal to work with and my Babies are now dotsure family and covered!
