Unacceptable increase of 28%!!!! In this day and time!!!

Hi There. I am currently unemployed and noticed that Dotsure Pet Insurance increased my debit order payment with 28%. I used to be with Petsure but Dotsure took then over so I have had my pet insurance since 2015 in which I have only used it 8 times and 7 of those visits was for Zoë's annual checkups. Dotsure doesn't even take that in consideration when doing the annual increase. It is unacceptable!!!!! Please assist!! Thank you kindly

Thank you kindly!! I can still accept a reasonable, acceptable increase but 28% increase is just not nice, considering..... await the representative's call
