Unable to contact them to query unjustified premium increases or to cancel your policy
They increase your premiums without justification even though the value of your car is decreasing then when u try to contact them to query u can't reach them via phone or email so then u want to cancel and they don't acknowledge your cancelation but continue debbiting your account.
