Unable to cancel policy with Dotsure.

Dotsure was not able to assist and I advise you if you with them to please review your policy as I felt that I was not advices properly.

I need to cancel my policy as I have receive a better option from another Pet medical aid. I have been trying to cancel for the past week which means I am having to pay for a policy for an extra week for no reason simply because I can’t cancel it. Dotsure called once, I was not able to take the call as I also work and can’t sit the entire day waiting on Dotsure to call. It’s been an absolute nightmare dealing with Dotsure
