Ugly experience with Dotsure insurers
What a terrible experience I had with dotsure. Terrible customer service, charges extra access unreasonably so. I had to report them to the NFO for them to refund the money to me. What if I had kept quiet and not claimed for what's rightfully mine?
They still refuse to pay a claim for an air compressor which was damaged during an accident. They are asking me to prove that it was not damaged during the accident. How on earth am I suppose to do that?
