Tshifhiwa Booi...Excellent Service!!!

I recently had a tracker unit fitted in a car that i bought, only to find out that the vehicle tracker unit wasn't working properly. I phoned Dotsure.co.za and spoke to Monique, less than a hour later, i received 3 emails "Your ticket - policy -monique - has been closed", instead, i still had the same problem. Then i phoned Monique again and the same happened(BAD SERVICE, MONIQUE), Eventually i phoned back and i spoke to Tshifhiwa Booi. I experienced a whole new and higher level of Customer Service. She was cool, relaxed, a good listener and was completely honest...Tshifhiwa Booi, You are the Best !!!...I SALUTE YOU !!!
