Truly the best service once again!

On behalf of both myself and my partner we just wanted to say a big thank you to Chere Coetzee for all her help and patience. She went out of her way to not only try reach out to me when my previous number was unreachable but she was patient enough to contact me during a time I was available to speak to her. She was very accommodating and she sent me a full breakdown of all the packages allowing me time to discuss it with my partner. We love our meadow more than anything and it really meant a lot to us knowing that after 5 years of being with dotsure they didn't forget about us or meadow and tried to contact me and advise me on the benefits of upgrading while I can at her age now. I appreciated that and a lot may not but I did cause I would rather take the time knowing I have a choice to upgrade her policy now instead of down the line when I try to she's to old. But nevertheless I've been with dotsure for 5 years now and I had one terrible incident with meadow where I had to claim and with every claim it was an absolute breeze with every consultant I delt with. Nothing but the best service! Every time I've dealt with your consultants it was a dream I was speaking to people who genuinely enjoyed their jobs and love for animals and that any day I will take my time to answer the call and hear them out where I work in a busy industry you'll be lucky if I answer your call. So once again thank you Chere for assisting me and truly giving me a wonderful experience once again with dotsure.
