Troy Stoffels was very accommodating and explained things very nicely to me. Helped me get on a plan that would suite my new puppy as well as my elderly dogs. Overall experience was very enlightening, especially since I wasn’t sure what was completely covered in the plan I chose. He explained everything that would and would not be covered and I appreciated his time and effort with me.
