TROY STOFFELS was the reason why I changed from First For Women Pet Insurance
TROY STOFFELS was the reason why I changed from First For Women Pet Insurance. He was professional, efficient and well skilled. I could ask him any question and he would know the answer off by heart. I always admired his listening skills and what I thought was going to be a long and tideous call ended up to be very simple and not complicated at all. I wish all client service in South Africa could be like him.
