Tracker

I got a quotation from them regarding the tracker of my vehicle in February. I then called them to schedule a date for the tracker to be installed but they did not get back to me. Called them for a week and they did not get back to me. Ended up sending an email saying I’m cancelling everything with them because I’ve been trying to get a tracker installed but nothing is happening, they don’t even call me about it. End of February they debited the money from my account but still my vehicle has no tracker from them I went to the bank and reversed it. April they still deduct without the tracker in my vehicle I called them for reversal they said they will get back to me it’s 17:01 not I called again they said their office are closed yet they promised to call me early. Would not recommend them to anyone

How can they debit the money without any confirmation that the tracker has been installed and if you call them right now say my car has been hijacked or something they will not be able to track my car because they did not install any tracker in it yet they are deducting from my account. My experience with dot.sure is the worst.
